United Trust Lending was founded in 2009 — in the wake of a housing crisis that exposed just how broken the mortgage industry had become. Our founder, Robert Hargrove, believed there was a better way: one built on transparency, expertise, and genuine care for every borrower.
What started as a small residential lending team has grown into a full-service mortgage company with 80+ licensed professionals, serving clients across 12 states. We handle everything from first-time home purchases and VA loans to complex commercial real estate transactions.
But our size hasn't changed our approach. Every client still gets a dedicated loan officer, honest advice, and a team that picks up the phone.
